ABOUT ME
Josh Onovughe
I’m Josh Onovughe, also known as Nigerian Wolff on social.
I picked up my first set of weights at 13 years old, and from that moment on, the rest was history. What started as curiosity turned into discipline, and discipline turned into a lifelong pursuit of mastery. Now, with 20 years of experience in the gym, training isn’t just something I do — it’s part of who I am.
Over the years, I’ve trained through growth, setbacks, plateaus, and reinvention. That journey taught me that true transformation goes far beyond the physical. Building an elite physique requires mental resilience, structure, and identity-level commitment, not just workouts and meal plans.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people transform both mentally and physically — teaching them how to train with intention, fuel their bodies properly, and develop the mindset needed to sustain results long-term. My goal isn’t just weight loss or muscle gain; it’s helping others build their most AesthetiQ version — strong, confident, disciplined, and sustainable.
This isn’t a trend or a phase for me.
It’s two decades under the bar — and I’m just getting started.
ABOUT ME
Francisco Jauregui
My journey didn’t start with discipline — it started with frustration.
I’ve lost 166 pounds, but the weight loss itself is only part of the story. What most people don’t see are the years of restarting — joining the gym, falling off, starting again, quitting again, and repeating the cycle more times than I can count. I wasn’t lazy or unmotivated — I just didn’t yet understand how consistency actually works.
Early on, I treated the gym like punishment and food like the enemy. Every restart came with extremes: cutting too hard, training too aggressively, and expecting perfection. And every time life got hard, the structure collapsed.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing fast results and started building systems.
Over time, my mindset around food shifted from restriction to fuel and control. I learned how to eat in a way that supported my training, my energy, and my lifestyle — not against it. Food stopped being emotional leverage and became a tool I could use intentionally.
The gym also changed for me. It stopped being a temporary phase and became a non-negotiable skill. After years under the bar, I’ve learned how to train intelligently, manage recovery, and progress without burning out. I’ve experienced what it feels like to gain weight, lose it, maintain it, and rebuild again — and that perspective is something you can’t learn from textbooks or short transformations.
Most importantly, I learned how to keep the weight off.
Maintenance isn’t about willpower — it’s about awareness, structure, and adaptability. I know how to adjust intake, training, and expectations when life changes, stress increases, or motivation dips. That’s the difference between temporary success and long-term control.
Today, my mission is simple: help others avoid the years of confusion, extremes, and restarts that I went through. I don’t coach theory — I coach from experience, precision, and proven systems built through trial, error, and persistence.
This isn’t a 12-week transformation story.
This is a lifestyle built over years — and sustained on purpose.
“Your final form begins here.”
